QUERIES/ COMMENTS / COMPLAINTS

In the first instance, please contact your point of purchase regarding any query which will be the Ticket Agent from whom you purchased your ticket. The official ticket agents for HERITAGE LIVE 2018 were:-

Please note that if you did not purchase your tickets from one of the above official agents, then your tickets have NOT been purchased via a valid or official agent.

Secondary Ticketing agents such as Viagogo are in no way supported by the promoters and if you have purchased tickets via these illegal agents (sometimes known as online ‘ticket touts’) it is at your own risk. You should do your best to speak with them directly and if necessary contact the Government’s Trading Standards Office.
