Gates Open at 4pm for the Piano Guys on Fri 14 June and also for the Madness concert on Sat 15 June. Both concerts end at 1030pm with a fireworks finale following the Madness concert.

NB. Gates Open at the later time of 6pm for the Jose Carreras / Sheku Kanneh-Mason concert on Sun 16 June. Music starts at 7pm and the concert ends at 930pm

Do I need to pre-book tickets?
We expect the Heritage Live concerts to sell out and recommend that you buy your tickets in advance. You can buy your tickets here.

I haven’t received my tickets/confirmation email, who do I contact?
Please contact the ticketing company you brought your tickets from.

Can I get a refund/change the date of my tickets?
Due to high demand tickets are non-refundable and not interchangeable.

Can I visit in the day and stay for the evening too?
Kenwood House will be open during the Heritage Live concerts, however access to the grounds will be limited and opening times may vary. Should you wish to visit the house a seperate ticket will be to be purchased from English Heritage If you wish to attend the Heritage Live concerts, you will need to purchase a ticket in advance from Ticketmaster.

Can I bring a picnic?
Yes, small picnics can be brought into the concerts (including sealed bottles of water). You are not permitted to bring alcohol into the concerts.

Please note: Bags may be subject to a routine search. Alcohol cannot be brought into the site and if found will be confiscated.

Is there food/drink available to purchase?
Yes, there will be a variety of gormet festival outlets and bars.

Do you cater to special dietary requirements?
Please make the outlet aware of specific allergens or dietary requirements and they will be able to advise you.

Can I bring chairs to sit on?
Yes, you can bring small camping chairs or picnic rugs to the concert. There are also deck chairs available for hire – Friday & Sunday only
