About Us

HERITAGE LIVE & GCE LIVE

Heritage Live concerts are staged at some of England’s most beautiful and culturally significant venues. These historic landmarks, stately homes and estates showcase some of the very best of England’s unique heritage and serve as stunning backdrops to our events.

World-class performances at jaw dropping locations is what we’re about and not only have we had some truly spectacular shows, but the audience’s reactions and participation has been awe-inspiring - so special and so magical that they’ve ended up being some of the best nights of our lives! Check out the Good Times section of our website, to share in a photographic montage of some of these classic memories.

Heritage Live® is owned and operated by one of the UK’s leading concert and tour promoters, GCE LIVE (Giles Cooper Entertainment Ltd).

Heritage Live marries culturally significant musical heritage with world class heritage settings to heighten the audience experience. Underlining our commitment to excellence, we generally work with artists at the pinnacle of their genre and who have been innovative or mould breaking in their field.

In summer 2023, we'll be working with artists as diverse as ROBBIE WILLIAMS, THE WHO, HOZIER, RICHARD ASHCROFT, SIR TOM JONES, SOFT CELL and NOEL GALLAGHER.

Heritage Live has staged hundreds of events over the years (impossible to mention them all) but some have really stood out, from MADNESS celebrating their 40th anniversary at Kenwood accompanied by a full orchestra, THE JACKSONS celebrating their 50th anniversary supported by KOOL & THE GANG and BONEY M at Audley End, KATHRYN JENKINS with the ROYAL PHILHARMONIC ORCHESTRA, THE HIVES supported by THE FRATELLIS, NOEL GALLAGHER’S HIGH FLYING BIRDS with JAKE BUGG, NILE RODGERS & CHIC, the HUMAN LEAGUE with ABC and BELINDA CARLISLE, KRIS KRISTOFFERSON celebrating his 70th birthday with Merle Haggard’s THE STRANGERS and RUFUS WAINWRIGHT, JESS GLYNN with RUDIMENTAL and ELLA EYRE, 2CELLOS with TOKIO MYERS, JOSE CARRERAS with the RPCO and VAN MORRISON supported by the WATERBOYS.

With a wealth of experience across all areas of the arts including music (rock, pop, classical, reggae, country, world music), comedy, dance, spoken-word, opera and theatre, GCE LIVE has been involved in some of the most memorable live experiences in the UK for almost three decades.

GCE Live has also produced tours for artists as diverse as PLACEBO, the HAPPY MONDAYS, ORBITAL, THE BOOTLEG BEATLES, HACIENDA CLASSICAL, THE MAGIC NUMBERS, LEFTFIELD and LIGHTNING SEEDS, in addition to championing emerging artists such as Welsh indie pop band the SANDINISTAS, US country music’s ASHLEY CAMPBELL, England’s folk singer JOSH O’KEEFE, and operatic soprano CHRISTINA JOHNSTON.

GCE LIVE is also known for promoting substantial regional theatre spoken-word tours for a whole range of unique artists and celebrities, such as TV presenters SIMON REEVE, DAN SNOW and BRADLEY WALSH, to legendary frontman of KILLING JOKE, JAZ COLEMAN.

GCE LIVE also devotes a significant proportion of its annual workload staging and booking entertainment for charity fundraising events, such as Sunday Night At The London Palladium hosted by BRADLEY WALSH, HM The Queen’s Commonwealth Service at Westminster Abbey, and Party on the Heath with ‘Pride in London’. The company’s Managing Director, Giles Cooper, is the voluntary Chairman of the Royal Variety Charity and has been one of the Royal Variety Performance’s Executive Producers since 2010.
