Nile Rodgers is an exceptional artist, even among music royalty. As the co-founder of CHIC, and the recently elected Chairman of the Songwriters Hall of Fame, Rodgers is widely regarded as one of the most influential musicians of all time.
As a multiple GRAMMY award-winning composer, producer, arranger, and guitarist, Rodgers pioneered a musical language that generated chart-topping hits like “Le Freak,” (the biggest selling single in the history of Atlantic Records) and sparked the advent of hip-hop with “Good Times”.
Nile Rodgers transcends all styles of music across every generation with a body of work that’s garnered him inductions into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and the Songwriters Hall of Fame.
His work with CHIC and artists such as David Bowie, Diana Ross, and Madonna has sold over 700 million albums and 75 million singles worldwide, while more recent collaborations with Pharrell Williams, Daft Punk, Avicii, Sigala, Disclosure and Sam Smith have kept him at the forefront of contemporary music.
Billy Ocean is one of the biggest recording stars Britain has ever produced, one who has sold over 30 million records in his lifetime to date. He has collected a pile of Gold and Platinum records across the world and hit the number one spot worldwide in the pop charts including the USA, Australia, Germany, Holland, and the UK. Billy has achieved extraordinary success as both an artist and a songwriter.
Billy’s pop and soul anthems have seen his career reach incredible heights, with hits such as ‘Red Light Spells Danger’, ‘Love Really Hurts Without You’, ‘ When The Going Gets Tough, The Tough Get Goin’, and the Grammy Award-winning ‘Carribean Queen ( No More Love On The Run)’
