English Heritage and Giles Cooper Entertainment (GCE) have announced the next huge outdoor show to take place in the stunning grounds of Audley End House & Gardens near Saffron Walden, Essex in July 2018 will be a sensational triple bill featuring Jess Glynne, Ella Eyre, and Louisa. The show will celebrate the UK’s long-standing tradition as world leaders in girl-power pop music.
Catapulted into the charts in 2014 with features on No. 1 singles ‘My Love’ with Route 94 and the Grammy Award winning ‘Rather Be’ with Clean Bandit, Jess Glynne, quickly become only the second ever British female solo artist to achieve a staggering five No.1 singles in the UK. Her debut album ‘I Cry When I Laugh’ also topped the album charts in 2015. With 2018 set to be a huge return for Glynne, she previewed this by featuring on British band Rudimental’s single ‘These Days’ ahead of her forthcoming and much anticipated second album.
Ella Eyre’s instantly recognisable voice was first heard of Rudimental’s 2013 ubiquitous No.1 single ‘Waiting All Night’. After being recognised on both the BBC Sound of 2014 poll and the BRITs Critics’ Choice Award shortlist, her first string of singles as a solo artist saw her win Best Newcomer at the MOBO Awards – winning Best Female just a year later. Releasing her Top 5 Album ‘Feline’ in 2015, Eyre has supported artists on huge arena dates including The Script, Little Mix, and Olly Murs. Outside of music, she’s also fronted advertising campaigns for Emporio Armani, and most recently has appeared on the Celebrity version of the Great British Bake Off 2018.
Since winning the 2015 series of The X Factor, the show’s youngest ever winner aged just 17, Louisa is one of the show’s biggest success stories. Releasing the platinum single ‘Tears’ with Clean Bandit in 2015, Louisa released a string of solo hits including ‘Forever Young’, ‘So Good’, and ‘Best Behaviour’, before collaborating with Olly Murs on the track ‘Unpredictable’. With 2018 shaping up to be big year for Louisa, she released the single ‘YES’ featuring American Rapper 2 Chainz, with her debut album being set for later this year.
