We’re very pleased to announce that the rescheduled date for Culture Club, Bananarama, Lulu and DJ Fat Tony at Kenwood House on London’s Hampstead Heath will be on Friday 17th June 2022. All tickets purchased for 2021 will be valid for this rearranged show. Please watch this space for details of the other rearranged shows which will be announced very shortly.
We’re devastated to announce that we have to postpone our two sold-out concerts at Kenwood House this weekend 😔 We’re so sorry to all those who wanted to come and enjoy live music, but we will be rescheduling these shows so please hold on to your tickets.
The inclement weather over the past weeks has caused significant issues which our Health and Safety Advisors have deemed unsafe for the artists, crew and audience. Our team has been working tirelessly to find a solution but due to significant ground movement overnight, the structural engineers have advised that the staging is unsafe, meaning our two sold-out shows this weekend must be postponed and rescheduled.
We are heartbroken about this and we know that this is going to upset so many of you who have travelled from all over. We are devastated too.
Further information about the concerts will be relayed in due course so please keep hold of your tickets. For any ticketing questioned please contact your ticket agent via their website.

Hi everyone. We just thought we would update everyone on how things are going at Kenwood.
The good news is that we are all set for this weekend which we are all delighted about and can’t wait to see so many of you there.
However, this doesn’t make the postponement of our Rag’n’Bone Man and James shows this week any easier to deal with. We know there is so much disappointment and frustration about the shows not going ahead, questions as to why a decision was made so late and so on.
Events of this size take over a year to put on, from booking the artists to delivering what we hope are the best concerts possible. Hundreds of people are involved, from technicians to structural surveyors, electricians, plumbers, you name it. An outdoor event is like building a mini town.
There is only ever one reason why we would cancel a show: and that’s everyone’s safety. There is no margin for error, no risk that can be taken.
As everyone knows, this year we had a lot of wet weather in London and the South East. Yes, it eased a few days back, but the unusually high-water table combined with the huge weight of the stage led to an unavoidable decision by the experienced stage contractor to not sign off the staging in time for the build to continue and to deliver shows on the Thursday and Friday.
We worked throughout the day and night to find solutions, but this took time. Longer than anyone on the team, including the engineers, anticipated.
We know you are disappointed about these shows – so are we.
We are absolutely gutted.
But we hope when the shows come back that we will be able to do everyone proud and create some brilliant memories for you once again.

ALL OTHER EVENTS TO TAKE PLACE THIS WEEKEND
Heritage Live are heartbroken to announce the postponement of the Rag’n’Bone Man and James concerts due to take place at Kenwood House tomorrow and Friday (19th & 20th August respectively).
Due to the inclement weather over the past few weeks, the ground has taken longer than anticipated to dry out for our staging company to construct the stage to the highest safety standard required.
Giles Cooper, GCE Live comments “Everyone at Heritage Live is devastated that we have had to postpone these shows."
“We are all incredibly disappointed by this but ultimately, the health and safety of our guests, crew and artists will always come first."
“We believe that the improving ground conditions will allow us to go ahead for the concerts scheduled for Saturday 21st August and Sunday 22nd August, which feature Boy George & Culture Club, and Reggae on the Heath headlined by David Rodigan & The Outlook Orchestra, and look forward to welcoming audiences to these events”.
The Rag’n’Bone Man and James shows will be rescheduled so please hold onto tickets. For any other questions please contact point of purchase.

Following Prime Minister Boris Johnson’s announcement on the final unlocking of Covid rules in England, we have announced the rescheduling of our outdoor concerts at the South of England Showground in Ardingly, West Sussex and Englefield House, in Theale, West Berkshire.
Despite the Englefield House shows taking place just after the newly proposed 19th July unlocking date, the set-up and build for these events would have to have begun from 12th July for concerts of this size, with no guarantee that they would be able to go ahead. As such, Heritage Live has taken the terribly difficult and heart-breaking decision to reschedule the shows to 2022.
The outdoor evening concerts at Ardingly Showground, which were originally due to take place on 16th-18th July 2021, will now take place on the following dates...
Friday 15th July 2022 - RAG’N’BONE MAN – plus special guest RAYE

Sunday 17th July 2022 - LAST NIGHT OF THE HERITAGE PROMS with RUSSELL WATSON and the Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra, featuring David Arnold, Mike Moran, Christina Johnston and Mark Kingswood, plus very special guests, the NHS Choir
The outdoor evening concerts at Englefield Estate, which were originally due to take place on 23rd-25th July 2021, will now take place on the following dates...
Friday 22nd July 2022 - SUPERGRASS – plus special guests FEEDER & SPORTS TEAM
Saturday 23rd July 2022 - BOY GEORGE & CULTURE CLUB – plus special guests - LULU, GABRIELLE, KIM WILDE & DJ Fat Tony
Sunday 24th July 2022 - LAST NIGHT OF THE HERITAGE PROMS with RUSSELL WATSON and the Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra, featuring David Arnold, Mike Moran, Christina Johnston and Mark Kingswood, plus very special guests, the NHS Choir

In response to ongoing government advice, we’re very sad to announce that Heritage Live's 2020 concerts at Kenwood House on London's Hampstead Heath and at Audley End House in Saffron Walden will no longer be taking place this summer.
We’ve managed to reschedule many shows to the equivalent dates in 2021 (all tickets purchased for 2020 will remain valid for the rescheduled dates in 2021), but some have regrettably had to be cancelled.
